About our Graduate Programme
From day one, you’ll become part of the team and see first-hand what it’s like to be at the heart of our business. We’ve carefully tailored our programme to support you in achieving your potential as a leader of the future.

Throughout your 19-month programme, you’ll navigate through three six-month placements. Placements that will technically, professionally and personally challenge you and help to build the skills and experience you need to be the very best you can be.

We’ll give you the freedom to aspire to your placement elsewhere in the business which means you’ll have the opportunity to influence where in the business you complete your placement and enable you to shape your own career!

You’ll receive training from our expert trainers and be supported by a dedicated programme manager, business mentor and line manager. You will play a vital role in shaping the future role of gas and how we establish ourselves at the forefront of sustainable energy, not only through your placements but also through a Graduate owned 12-month project.

Our community of graduates provide the perfect support network, pulling from their personal experience they’ll provide guidance and assistance and you’ll inspire each other from the very start.

Graduate Opportunities
Our Graduate opportunities are available across various teams within our business functions such as; Operations, Network Support, Investment Planning Office, Customer Centre, Regulation, Human Resources and our Foundation Team.

About You
We’re looking for graduates who act with curiosity, courage, pride, purpose and ownership to join our team. Along with:
• A minimum of a 2.2 degree (predicted/obtained) in a relevant business discipline
• Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own transport
• High levels of personal and professional energy - you’ll have lots of drive and motivation too!
