Job Description

We're looking for a Behavioural Change Manager to join our Health & Safety team based from home/local office.

Location: Nationwide - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

The Behavioural Change Manager will work with the HSW Director, SHE Department and Senior Leadership Teams across the Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks (NRNN) business stream to develop, project manage and deliver the Kier NRNN behavioural programme. They will promote Kier Group's Values and 9 healthy behaviours in order to meet or exceed our expectations.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Work along side our chosen provider to develop a behavioural change programme that is fit for purpose.
  • Liaise with the Senior Leadership Team's to develop a roll out plan for the behavioural change programme which delivers against agreed performance targets.
  • Manage successful deployment of the behavioural change programme undertaking training sessions to support its delivery.
  • Facilitate the Human & Organisational Factors behavioural change training
  • Develop a model where the behavioural change programme can become self-delivery within NRNN.
  • Support the roll out and analysis of the HSE Climate Survey and other Kier surveys to ensure we get good survey uptake, and feedback that can be used to improve our workplaces

This role of Behavioural Change Manageris great for you if:

  • Understanding of behavioural science and how behaviours of individuals and teams can impact performance
  • Facilitation skills to confidently deliver behavioural workshops with different client and project teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs to prepare behavioural training presentations and complete behavioural performance reporting
