If you're passionate about psychology and curious about how people interact with tech, this graduate role is for you. You’ll join our Cyber Human Risk Team and help shape how SPEN colleagues think and behave around cyber security.

We’re looking for someone who’s excited to use behavioural science to solve real-world challenges. You’ll help us build a positive cyber culture, design awareness campaigns, and use data to influence change across the business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Join cyber meetings and explore how human behaviour affects security
  • Use psychology tools like nudge theory, positive reinforcement, and behavioural analysis
  • Help design events, communications, and support networks
  • Work with office and field teams to make cyber security easy to understand and follow
  • Present insights to senior leaders in a clear, engaging way

What you’ll bring

A 2:2 or above in one of the following:

  • Psychology
  • HR with Psychology
  • Marketing with Psychology
  • Sociology
  • Criminology
  • Life Sciences
