We are looking for energetic sales orientated people to join our friendly team. We have a number of exciting full time opportunities available as we are growing! You will be working closely with our business customers to identify and understand their needs, deliver a great sales experience and help British Gas to retain customers and grow further. This is a mixture of inbound and outbound calling to take new and existing business customers through quotes to help them get the best deal possible.

We offer a great reward package which includes a basic salary of £20,554 Plus OTE of an additional £12k PA. As you will be dealing with small business's daily by phone and email the core working hours will follow the same as most of our customers, Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm with patterns to suit a 37hr week, (Pro Rata) for part time.

Initially we need you to be in the office daily to make sure you have all the support and training you need to be successful. Home working options will be available to you at the right time.

We are looking for people that have a real passion for delivering great service, it's what our company is built on, but it is a competitive industry so previous sales experience and negotiating skills are essential . It would be a real benefit if you have previously worked in the energy industry, but this is not essential as full training will be provided however we will need you to demonstrate your sales and negotiating skills of matching customer needs to products available and putting the customer needs at the heart of what you do.
