Job Description

We're looking for an Agent to join our Southwest Environment Agency team based in Reservoirs, Somerset.

Location: Reservoirs, Somerset

Contract: Fixed Term Contract (24 Months) - Full Time

Salary: £45k to £48k plus company car

What will you be responsible for?

As an Agent, you'll be working within the Southwest Environment Agency team, supporting them in Collaborative Delivery Framework where Kier is acting as the Principal Contractor.

Your day to day will include:

  • Programming works, commercial performance, and the effective utilisation of resources to meet those programmes
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier other H&S related policies and procedure. Ensure works are delivered in accordance with the specification
  • Promote cross division working with other members within the Project to create a one team ethos.
  • Ensure all labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources are accurately recorded.
  • Ensure NEC 4 contract compliance working with commercial team.

What are we looking for?

This role of Agent is great for you if:

  • Relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree) - Desirable CEng MICE or working towards
  • Prior experience working with reinforced concrete, groundworks, and civils essential
  • Strong knowledge and experience of the main management systems and processes used within a similar business.
