Location: Salisbury

Business Area: Kier Regional Civils

Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Flexible agile working and part-time available.

We are now recruiting for an Administrator to provide administrative support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities

In this exciting Administrator role, you'll work with the operational team to identify issues of concern and work with the Finance Shared Service Centre to prioritise workload with at-risk suppliers. You'll input Goods Received and Plant Hire tickets and input Waste off Site tickets as well as liaising with Procurement if Purchase Orders require amending.

What do we need from you?

You'll have a strong admin background and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PIVOT Tables, V Lookups) and have an efficient and professional approach.
