Job Description

We have a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave for a CRM Administrator, to join our friendly team in Sunderland, supporting our client NPG (Northern Power Grid).


Maintain a high level of customer service, providing first call resolution.
Plan and optimise all agreed work activities for operational teams.
Input data relating to works onto the client's CRM system.
Handling inbound and outbound calls.
Ensure teams have correct and relevant paperwork with associated supporting documents.
Be pro-active in developing new systems to meet the changing departmental needs.
