Recently appointed as CityFibre's core partner in the South West, this exciting contract will see us providing multi-million pound planned and reactive fibre and copper network services across Gloucester.

About the role
We're currently looking for an Administrator to join the innovative new contract with CityFibre. You'll need to carry out key office administration processes from inputting into bespoke systems both internal and external to validating wages. You'll need to be able to collate and prepare reports, filing etc all in a timely and accurate manner as per the requirements of the client.
Validate all information received and identify 7 notify any issues to the field teams and subcontractors before submitting to minimise risk.
You'll need to coordinate hotel, meeting room and catering bookings and order and distribute stationary throughout the office. We'll also need you to complete any other reasonable activities, tasks or duties as may be required to meet the ongoing or changing needs of the business. . What do we need from you?
We need someone who has experience in an Administration position, who's computer literate and has specific experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. You'll need to have excellent organisation and communication skills and a keen eye for detail is essential.
It would be desirable for you to have previous experience of the communications network, and/or streetworks.
