Administrator

We're looking for an Administrator to join our Telecoms team based in Basingstoke.

Location: Basingstoke - 2 days home/3 days office

Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 12 Months

What will you be responsible for?

As an Administrator, you'll be working within the Compliance and Assurance team, supporting them in working to client and contract SLA's.

Your day to day will include:

  • Upload safe digs to all required works through the PROVEIT system whilst following all H&S requirements. Using the ZOI/HPP method statement, evaluate all jobs that have fallen into the hot job queue before releasing to operations to schedule.
  • Contact asset owners to gain permission to proceed or arrange joint site meetings if required.Collate all documentation from site meeting, ensuring that this is uploaded to the job before being released.
  • Sample compliance checks on all digital evidence uploaded by site teams, validating works statuses are progressed correctly on gang tablets and closed efficiently to aid commercial fluidity.
  • Provide support to on site teams enabling the best use of their tablets and helping them to work through any ad-hoc queries.
  • Support management of works defects, planning in remedial works and updating CANDID and/or client systems with status changes.
